The strawberry moon was most visible at 9am this morning.
Last night, I toured the National Arboretum by full moon. I'd been wanting to for at least 15 years. It was a wonderful experience. It was scenic and the temperature was a perfect 70. I'd had to make important life decisions 2 hours prior, I used the dark to mask my tears. Probably couldn't have chosen a better place to mourn. When the guide lit my face with the flashlight, she didn't comment. She didn't ask if I was OK. I'm sure she has witnessed this before. She kept the party rolling. I'm sure she knows the effects of a full moon, how it pulls the tides to the shores of your eyes.
