I didn't post this photo on social media. I was having a ball in Montreal and snapped this on the hotel elevator. I didn't want friends or family to be concerned or for rumors to start. This is how my mental affects my physical. This is what depression looks like on me. I’ve since gained 5 lbs. I packed my Montreal bag with stretchy fabrics, smalls and size 4s. I have no memory of ever being a size 4 before.
